Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 13th July 2012 - an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Cancellations received after 13th July 2012 - full payment is due and no refunds will be issued. Name changes are permitted.
Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
Cancellations received before 29th June 2012 - no penalty.
Cancellations received after 29th June 2012 or non-arrival - hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
Cancellation of University Accommodation
Full payment is required by 24th February 2012. No refunds will be given on any cancelled University accommodation.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
